Hang in there, this is relevant. All that schooling and $250,000 in student loans later taught me an incredible life lesson. What I learned is that something which seems so freaking complicated, like the human body’s ability to heal itself, can be broken down into simple uncomplicated answers. If it’s down, we make it up, if it left, we make it right, if its stuck…. well, we unstuck it. I can go into all the complicated details about nerves and “subluxations” OR when you tell me you feel stuck, I can tell you, you’ve come to the right place, let’s make it unstuck. I like the idea of identifying problems and providing a solution without mulling over all the “why” it’s wrong. Let me just help you make it right. It truly is the only way you are going to be able to move forward.Hey, I’ve been there.
I have struggled for years dealing with co-dependence, lack of motivation, and have hung on to toxic relationships and jobs that got me nowhere I wanted to be for way too dang long. I have gotten to the point where I have said enough is enough multiple times in my life and have had to simply walk away from a marriage and job that I absolutely thought I loved but were so toxic I was better off alone and broke, so I’ve been stuck. I’ve learned that dealing with and managing people and relationships is hard because it is very difficult to navigate and effectively communicate your needs with others if you don’t even know what you need yourself because you have been so busy being a wife, a mother, a boss, a teammate, etc, that you forgot how to just be you.A blog for you!
I have decided to create this blog to share and encourage others to step outside of their “girlfriend box”, “job title box”, “rut box”, etc and simply get unstuck. You have what it takes to go out there and “get em poot!”, you just need to see that you are a person of value, how to capitalize on that value and get the most out of the life that you want to live.Get unstuck.
Simply Unstuck is different from other motivational blogs because this is about independence and moving forward with an intense passion to take back the life that belongs to only you.
